Geely Group Co. Ltd was established in 1986, in China. First, it was producing the scooters. Nowadays, it’s a multi-vehicled corporation, which emerges not only different car types, but also the motorcycles and all the possible spares. It joined the world auto market in 1997 (has quite a lot of branches, even in the U.S.). The first Geely cars were produced in 1998. They quickly became popular brand – they even won 5 of the national prizes. The most popular models are Geely Haoqing and Geely Merrie. The cars made a great export product in 2003. In 2004, they were already used in the countries of Central Asia, Central and South America and even Africa.
