Maserati was established by six brothers: Carlo, Bindo, Alfieri, Mario, Attore and Ernesto. Each of them helped a lot with the company development. Carlo played the main role: he created the first Maserati car with the 1-cylinder engine and very simple chassis. Mario created the logotype, which is still famous in the modern ‘car world’. Nowadays, Maserati cars are a part of the biggest Italian automobile corporation – Fiat.
