Pontiac cars, car reviews Pontiac
Pontiac is known as one of the cult American brands. Unfortunately, now this brand is gone, and the Pontiac cars are no longer being produced. The story of Pontiac started in 1893, when an American businessman – Edward M. Murphy – had established the company in Pontiac town. The company had almost the same name: it was called “The Pontiac Buggy”, specializing on the carriage production. Later, in 1907, it was renamed to the “Oakland Motor Car Company”, and started the cars production. After that it became a part of the GM. Best-known cars of this brand are the Sunfire, Grand Am, Grand Prix, Bonneville and the Trans Sport models.
