Saturn Corporation is an American auto company, specializing on a passenger cars production. It is a branch of the General Motors Corp. Main office is located in Troy (near Detroit). The company was established in 1984 for the purpose of the non-expensive small cars manufacturing. In 1900, in the Tennessee state, the new Saturn factory was opened. At the moment, it offers the coupe, sedan and universal body styles. The Saturn cars are easy to handle and economic, which – together with nice design and low price – makes them quite popular. It was at the Saturn branch, where the first GM series electromobile was emerged.
